Role Description This is a full-time, on-site car sales role based in Thrissur, with openings for Relationship Manager Trainee, Relationship Manager, and Senior Relationship Manager. The role involves engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their mobility needs, and recommending suitable Maruti vehicles and finance or insurance options. Responsibilities include conducting test drives, explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotations, and supporting customers throughout the booking, documentation, and delivery process. The role also includes maintaining regular contact with existing customers to support renewals, referrals, and repeat sales, while ensuring timely follow-up on leads from various channels. Team members are expected to maintain accurate records in the dealership CRM, coordinate with service and finance teams, and meet individual and team sales targets while upholding A.M. MOTORS’ customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales, with the ability to understand customer needs and match them to suitable vehicle options.
• Focus on Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention, with a commitment to building long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in relevant local languages and English; ability to present product features clearly and confidently.
• Prior experience in automobile sales or retail sales is preferred; freshers with strong motivation may be considered for trainee positions.
• Basic computer and CRM usage skills, including handling leads, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
• Ability to work on-site in Thrissur, including weekends and peak business hours, with a results-driven and ethical sales approach.
• Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license preferred, along with willingness to conduct customer test drives.
• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
