Role & responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales, booking and retail targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and understand their vehicle requirements.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals and other sales activities.
• Explain vehicle features, conduct test drives and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
