Car Advisor (Premium Segment)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell luxury automobiles, car finance products, and other related services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in automobile sales, counter sales, retail sales, showroom sales or similar roles.
• Proven track record of achieving exceptional client satisfaction ratings through excellent customer handling skills.
• Strong knowledge of luxury brands and their offerings in the automotive industry.
