Captain

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Captain to manage day-to-day floor operations, ensure excellent guest service, and support the restaurant team in delivering a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the service team during operations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient floor operations.
• Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order preparation.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
• Train and guide Stewards/Floor Members on service standards.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager with daily operations.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Support billing and cash-handling procedures when required.
• Help achieve restaurant sales and service targets.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 24 years in F&B/Restaurant Operations.
• Hospitality/F&B background is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service.
• Good team-handling and coordination skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Well-groomed and professional.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
