Captain / Restaurant supervisor

Role & responsibilities

1 Need to lead a team of 5 servers.

2 Maintaining and checking the hygiene and cleanliness of the staff and the premises.

3 Keeping the inventory of crockery, glassware's, cutlery and drinks.

4 Need to report to the general manager with daily report.

Preferred candidate profile

1 Need prior experience in the same role.

2 preferably worked at a hotel or at a fine dining restaurant before.

3 Should be fluent with english and should be able to explain and upsale the menu.
