CAPP MES Engineer

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have 1. Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings 2. Knowledge of GD & T 3. Responsible for maintaining manufacturing process plans and routings. 4. Configure and support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). 5. Create and manage digital work instructions and manufacturing records. 6. Change management implementation such as ECN, BOM, Process change. 7. Support Engineering-to-Manufacturing data flow. 8. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization activities. 9. Ensure manufacturing process compliance and traceability. 10. Support process validation and production readiness. 11. BE in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Good-to-Have 1. Experience in precision machine components of Titanium, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum alloys. 2. Knowledge on Aerospace standards 3. Integrate CAD, PLM, ERP, and MES systems. 4. Drive shop floor digitization and Industry 4.0 initiatives. 5. Develop dashboards and manufacturing performance reports. 6. Analyze production data and identify improvement opportunities. 7. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and IT teams. 8. Good presentation and communication skills Added Advantage 1. Hands on Teamcenter 2.
