Roles and Responsibilities: Application & Release Management Support - Review case tickets, research and provide resolution.Escalate any tickets that needs tech resolution.Testing Release Management - Review of User StoryUpdating of User Story - Business updateExecution of Business Test casesPost launch support - Business supportDevelop and maintain quality assurance standards and processesAccountable for creation and execution of business requirements, test plans, scripts cross-functional assessmentsElevate defects and issues to Management and test leads for concurrenceMust be able assist in analysis of issues and work with the Project Technology group in deciphering impact of the issues. Must be able to analyze defect and compare with requirements to identify gapsMust be able to quickly analyze whether migration was success and identify production-related issuesProvide operational support in the form of researching, developing and communicating solutions by effectively gathering, compiling and reviewing information and data, evaluating existing systems and procedures, identifying alternate courses of actions, developing tools andor improvementsParticipate in project activities including prioritizing, developing schedules, preparing plans, process and procedure documentation and effectively resolving issues as they ariseCommunicate regularly with other UAT PMs, QA Leads, Project Managers, Development Managers and QA Core membersCommunicate status to management and stakeholders as necessary through summary reports
