    What would you do
  1. The Analyst / SME in Corporate Actions is responsible for end-to-end ownership of complex events, ensuring accuracy, risk mitigation, and process excellence. The role also acts as a go-to expert, supporting team members, driving improvements

    What are we looking for
  3. Preferably Graduate in MBA/ Commerce/ with good understanding on Investment Banking Operations domain
  4. Good verbal and written communication
  5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  6. Willing to work in night shifts (between 4pm IST to 2am IST) and 100% RTO
  7. Willing to work in Indian Holidays

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  9. Responsible for end-to-end processing of corporate action events, including notice validation, review and alignment of options with golden copy
  10. Liaise with custodians to ensure timely notice delivery, fax instruction confirmations with custodians, and query resolution
  11. Monitor event deadlines, familiarity with deadline tracking and reporting, and ensure accurate payment confirmations. - Knowledge of proxy services and voting process.
  12. Independently manage complex and high-risk corporate actions (M&A, restructurings, cross-border events)
  13. Manage Quality Checks & be a SME in the team
  14. Able to communicate the issues & escalate if needed
  15. Perform assignments/tasks
  16. Follow set procedures & ensure training completion on time
  17. Should be a self-starter, team player, motivated and highly energized individual to compete the complexity of the process
  18. Recognizes and/or articulates basic concepts, facts, methods, techniques in day-to-day work experiences
  19. Applies detailed knowledge and skills to complex (or new) work situations in multiple settings
