What are we looking for?

Primary skill - Client Onboarding Solutions - P4

Bachelor of Arts or Science (BSorBA) or equivalent experience

5+ years experience in financial services preferably in private equity (Associate

level)


Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the onboarding and closing process for investors across HarbourVest s

commingled fund strategies

Coordinate with internal partners including Investor Relations, Investments,

Legal, Compliance, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Marketing, and Custom Solutions

to facilitate onboarding activities

Track and monitor investor onboarding requirements, documentation, and key

closing milestones

Assist with the management of onboarding workflows and maintain accurate

records within internal systems

Communicate with internal and external parties regarding onboarding status,

outstanding requirements, and upcoming deadlines

Prepare reporting, meeting materials, and status updates for key stakeholders

Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and support

standardization across the Client Onboarding function

Participate in special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

Qualification
Any Graduation
