    What would you do
  1. The Associate in Trade Confirmation & Settlement is responsible for ensuring accurate confirmation, matching, and settlement of equity and fixed income trades. The role supports the end-to-end post-trade lifecycle, ensuring timely processing, break resolution, and strong risk control

    What are we looking for
  3. Preferably Graduate in MBA/ Commerce/ with good understanding on Investment Banking Operations domain
  4. Good verbal and written communication
  5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  6. Willing to work in night shifts (between 4pm IST to 2am IST) and 100% RTO
  7. Willing to work in Indian Holidays

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  9. Validate and process trade confirmations for equities and fixed income securities
  10. Perform trade matching and affirmation with brokers/counterparties
  11. Ensure timely confirmation via platforms or direct communication
  12. Follow up on unmatched or disputed trades to ensure closure within deadlines
  13. Able to communicate the issues & escalate if needed
  14. Perform assignments/tasks
  15. Follow set procedures & ensure training completion on time
  16. Should be a self-starter, team player, motivated and highly energized individual to compete the complexity of the process
  17. Recognizes and/or articulates basic concepts, facts, methods, techniques in day-to-day work experiences
  18. Applies detailed knowledge and skills to complex (or new) work situations in multiple settings
