    What would you do
  1. The Analyst in Trade Operations is responsible for end-to-end ownership of trade processing, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation for equity and fixed income products. The role acts as a subject matter expert (SME), handling complex transactions, mitigating risk, and ensuring high standards of accuracy, control

    What are we looking for
  3. Preferably Graduate in MBA/ Commerce/ with good understanding on Investment Banking Operations domain
  4. Good verbal and written communication
  5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  6. Willing to work in night shifts (between 4pm IST to 2am IST) and 100% RTO
  7. Willing to work in Indian Holidays

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  9. Manage and oversee confirmation and matching of trades with brokers and counterparties
  10. Ensure timely affirmation across global markets (US, EMEA, APAC)
  11. Investigate and resolve complex unmatched or disputed trades
  12. Provide sign-off for high-value or sensitive transactions
  13. Ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades in line with T+1 / T+2 cycles
  14. Monitor settlement pipeline and proactively manage settlement risks and fails
  15. Investigate and resolve failed trades, coordinating with custodians, brokers, and clearing houses
  16. Able to communicate the issues & escalate if needed
  17. Identify cash breaks (funding, settlement, dividend/interest-related mismatches)
  18. Identify position breaks (quantity mismatches, missing/extra positions)
  19. Analyze root causes such as settlement delays, booking errors, corporate actions impact, or timing differences
  20. Follow set procedures & ensure training completion on time
  21. Act as escalation point for critical settlement issues. Provide guidance on complex transactions and exception scenarios
  22. Able to communicate the issues & escalate if needed
  23. Perform assignments/tasks

  25. Should be a self-starter, team player, motivated and highly energized individual to compete the complexity of the process
