ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manager (CA-R2R)

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of Record-to-Report (R2R) experience.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 3-4 professionals, with strong people management and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong technical expertise in Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting under Ind AS and IFRS. Exposure to US GAAP will be an added advantage, though not mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems and a strong understanding of accounting and reporting processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, reporting, and automation-related functionalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and present to US-based stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, ensure reporting accuracy, and maintain compliance with accounting standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance work environment.
• Understanding of legal contract set up and management
