Capacity Planning Analyst (Immediate Joiner)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain accurate capacity plans to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop scheduling strategies.
• Analyze data to optimize staffing levels, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in capacity planning or a related field (e.g., WFM).
• Strong understanding of capacity management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in schedule planning tools such as Workforce Management Systems (WFMs) software.
