Capacity Planner

Role & responsibilities

• Forecast resource demand using data trends and business requirements.
• Manage capacity planning and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor utilization, capacity gaps, and allocation effectiveness.
• Identify resource risks and recommend mitigation plans.
• Support workforce planning through insights, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align capacity with business goals.

• Drive continuous improvement in capacity planning processes and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in capacity planning, workforce management, or resource planning roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using capacity planning tools, spreadsheet applications, and data visualization software.
• Experience in project management methodologies and resource allocation techniques.
• Knowledge of workforce management best practices and industry standards.
