What would you do?

The Talent Acquisition Sourcing professional is responsible for delivering end to end sourcing support for assigned roles skills and geographies working closely with recruiters and recruitment delivery teams. The role focuses on proactive talent research candidate identification engagement and pipeline management to enable timely and high quality hiring outcomes.

The role operates within defined recruitment and RPO frameworks and is accountable for sourcing productivity data accuracy and candidate experience while supporting recruiters with qualified candidate pipelines aligned to hiring demand.

Build a proactive sourcing plan and identify sourcing channels and tactical strategies that are aligned to the goals of organization and ensures best talent is identified and attracted by the company.

Exposure to recruitment processes especially in the travel or aviation industry

Knowledge of Workday Recruiting module

Time management and prioritization

Collaboration with recruiters and recruitment delivery teams

Understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing best practices

Must be flexible with respect to shift timings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct external sourcing and mine existing talent pools. Source from existing candidate databases and determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements.

Perform data mining for additional candidates. Identify new profiles for sourcing eligibility source resumes qualify candidate interest using appropriate technology tools and match qualified resumes to requisitions.

Support candidate intake through application or expression of interest using electronic phone or paper methods and process candidate profiles and applications.

Develop a list of candidates to be screened. Pre qualify candidate interest in opportunities and invite candidates to apply as appropriate.

Conduct initial screening of candidates to ascertain they are qualified and interested applicants.

Automated Candidate Screening Interactive Voice Response IVR

Perform automated scoring exercises. Review IVR test results by listening to specific questions derive results based on responses and forward qualified candidate results to Staples representatives for future consideration.

Recruitment Administration and Analytics

Provide recruitment administrative support and analysis. Manage candidate and requisition data for in scope processes.

Strong verbal and written communication skills including sentence mastery vocabulary fluency and pronunciation

Customer service orientation with the ability to engage candidates professionally and responsively

Proficiency in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint for tracking reporting and communication

Strong email writing skills with clear professional and structured communication

Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems ATS Smart Recruiter LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and sourcing tools

Talent sourcing and market research capabilities

Candidate pipeline building and management

Candidate engagement and outreach

Attention to detail and data accuracy
