TEKsystems is looking for a Candidate Manager / Senior Candidate Manager to join our high-performing recruitment team.

In this role, you will act as a trusted career partner to candidates while supporting clients in identifying and hiring top talent. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and identify suitable talent aligned with business needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks within the technology market.
• Develop relationships with potential candidates through phone calls, virtual meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
• Proactively market candidate profiles to clients and identify new opportunities.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and technology skill demands.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve hiring objectives and contribute to a supportive team culture.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders to drive successful hiring outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and overall team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0 to 6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the staffing or talent acquisition industry.
• Strong experience in:
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Candidate engagement and relationship management
• Interview coordination
• Offer management and salary negotiations
• Post-offer follow-up and onboarding
• Experience hiring for technology/IT roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
