• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify candidates who meet the minimum requirements for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback on applications, and negotiating offers.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
• Strong understanding of US IT market trends and industry standards.
• Proven track record in sourcing high-quality candidates through creative sources like LinkedIn Recruiter or other professional networks.
