About this role
We are seeking a skilled Camunda Developer / Consultant to join Capgeminis Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using the Camunda BPM platform. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enable scalable enterprise automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement business workflows using BPMN 2.0 and Camunda Modeler
- Develop microservices and APIs integrated with Camunda
- Configure and manage Camunda Engine, Tasklist, Cockpit, and Optimize
- Translate business requirements into automated workflows and decision models (DMN)
- Integrate Camunda with external systems (REST APIs, messaging systems like Kafka, etc.)
- Monitor and troubleshoot process execution issues and performance bottlenecks
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines
- Ensure best practices in workflow design, scalability, and reusability
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders
