Camunda BPM Developer

We are seeking a skilled

Camunda BPM Developer with strong expertise in

BPMN 2.0, Java, and Spring Boot to design, develop, and optimize business process automation solutions using the Camunda platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable workflow solutions, integrating enterprise systems, and ensuring reliable process orchestration across applications.

Experience :6 years to 9 years

Location : Pune and Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement business workflows using

BPMN 2.0 and

Camunda Modeler .

• Build and maintain

Java Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs integrated with Camunda workflows.

• Configure, administer, and support

Camunda Engine, Tasklist, Cockpit, and Optimize components.

• Translate business requirements into automated workflow processes and

DMN (Decision Model and Notation) decision tables.

• Integrate Camunda with enterprise applications, REST services, databases, and messaging platforms such as

Kafka .

• Monitor process execution, identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot workflow issues, and recommend performance improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in workflow architecture, scalability, maintainability, and reusable process design.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to deliver automation solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, workflow specifications, and deployment artifacts.

Mandatory Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience with

BPMN 2.0

• Proficiency in

Java

• Experience with

Spring Boot

• Expertise in

DMN Modeling

• Working knowledge of

Git

• Understanding of

CI/CD concepts and deployment pipelines -

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

Camunda Platform 7 or Camunda 8

• Knowledge of

Kafka or other messaging/event-streaming platforms

• Experience with RESTful API development and integrations
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
