Campus Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with universities to schedule campus interviews and recruitment drives.
• Manage bulk hiring processes for sales teams, ensuring timely delivery of candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with university relations teams to identify potential talent pools.
• Conduct volume hiring campaigns across multiple locations, meeting tight deadlines.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in campus recruitment.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment projects (bulk hiring) with high accuracy rates.
• Strong understanding of the education industry and its dynamics, particularly in India.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with universities, clients, and internal stakeholders.
