Campus Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and maintain relationships with university relations teams to source top talent from local universities.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial application to offer acceptance, ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in campus hiring or related field (HR coordination, employer branding).
• Strong understanding of campus recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, faculty members, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
