About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Campus Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Bangalore. The role involves managing campus hiring activities, building relationships with colleges, coordinating recruitment drives, and ensuring a smooth candidate hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with colleges, universities, and placement teams for campus hiring.
• Build and maintain relationships with TPOs, placement coordinators, and college SPOCs.
• Plan and coordinate campus recruitment drives, both virtual and offline.
• Source and screen candidates as per business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, documentation, and offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers using MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Achieve assigned hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Support employer branding activities and campus engagement initiatives.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-2 year of recruitment experience; freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
• Prior experience in campus recruitment will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
