About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Campus Recruitment Specialist to drive our campus

hiring strategy and build a strong talent pipeline from leading colleges and universities.

If you have prior experience in campus recruitment and enjoy building long-term

institutional relationships, we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with colleges, universities, and placement

cells.

• Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment drives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and

workforce plans.

• Manage campus engagement initiatives, pre-placement talks, and hiring events.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the campus hiring process.
• Maintain hiring dashboards and provide regular updates on campus recruitment

progress.

Ideal Candidate

• 25 years of experience in Campus Recruitment is mandatory.
• Strong network with colleges and placement offices is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campus drives
