Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Campus Recruiter to manage end-to-end campus hiring initiatives for volume and frontline hiring requirements across our BPO operations. The role involves building strong relationships with colleges, organizing campus recruitment drives, attracting top talent, and ensuring seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Hiring & Recruitment

• Plan and execute campus recruitment drives across colleges and universities.
• Build and maintain relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), faculty members, and educational institutions.
• Manage high-volume hiring for Customer Support, Technical Support, Chat, Email, and Back-office processes.
• Conduct pre-placement talks, career sessions, and employer branding activities.
• Source and screen candidates based on hiring requirements.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Schedule interviews and assessment centers.
• Ensure timely closure of requisitions within agreed timelines.

Candidate Management

• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Coordinate interview schedules, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular communication with selected candidates to improve joining ratios.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Monitor hiring metrics such as offer-to-join ratio, cost-per-hire, and time-to-fill.
• Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and procedures.
• Support onboarding activities and induction programs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Campus Hiring, Volume Hiring, or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in BPO/BPM recruitment is preferred.
• Freshers with internship experience in campus recruitment may also apply.

Required Skills
