Campus Manager / Hospitality Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day campus and hospitality operations.
• Ensure smooth delivery of housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, reception, transportation, and other workplace services.
• Supervise and coordinate with facility management and service partners.
• Monitor service quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and overall workplace standards.
• Manage vendors and ensure adherence to agreed SLA/KPI requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the campus and identify areas for improvement.
• Handle employee and client queries related to hospitality and facility services.
• Coordinate with Security, Engineering, Housekeeping, Administration, and other support functions.
• Plan and manage hospitality arrangements for meetings, events, conferences, and VIP visits.
• Monitor cafeteria and food service operations, including hygiene and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, fire, health, and environmental requirements.
• Manage operational budgets, expenses, and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports and MIS to management.
• Lead, train, and motivate the hospitality/facility operations team.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and improve service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall employee experience.
