Recruiter - Campus Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our recruitment team and manage end-to-end campus hiring activities across colleges and educational institutions. The role involves identifying hiring Requirements, connecting with colleges, coordinating campus recruitment drives, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing candidates throughout the selection process. The Campus Recruiter will work closely with colleges, placement officers, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of recruitment drives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, relationship management, and follow-up skills, along with the ability to handle multiple campus requirements and recruitment activities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end campus recruitment activities across assigned colleges and locations.

● Coordinate with college placement officers, faculty members, and management for recruitment drives.

● Identify and connect with colleges based on hiring requirements.

● Understand job requirements and communicate them effectively to candidates and college stakeholders.

● Coordinate and conduct pre-placement activities, recruitment drives, interviews, and assessments.

● Screen and shortlist candidates based on defined eligibility criteria.

● Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with candidates and interview panels.

● Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

● Manage candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and campus-wise hiring reports.

● Coordinate offer rollouts, document collection, onboarding, and joining formalities.

● Track candidate movement from sourcing to selection, offer, and joining.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and placement teams..

● Resolve candidate and college-related queries during the recruitment process.

● Maintain accurate recruitment data in Excel or Google Sheets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

● Good coordination and follow-up abilities.

● Ability to interact confidently with college management, placement officers, faculty, and students.

● Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

● Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

● Ability to maintain recruitment trackers and databases.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Ability to handle multiple recruitment drives and requirements simultaneously.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

● Willingness to travel to colleges/campus locations as required
