Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic professionals to join our team as Early Careers & Campus Coordinators supporting a leading MNC Banking Client in an RPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end campus hiring and early careers recruitment activities
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges and educational institutions
• Organize and manage campus recruitment drives and engagement events
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding activities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers

Eligibility:

• MBA Freshers or candidates with up to 4 years of experience in Campus hiring experience can apply.
• Experience in Campus Hiring, Recruitment Coordination, or Early Careers Hiring is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• HR Internship experience will be an added advantage
