Campus Co-Ordinator

Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate in any stream

Experience

• 4-6 years in Talent Acquisition with a strong campus hiring focus. Experience in healthcare, allied health, or education is strongly preferred.
• A track record of building and managing relationships with colleges with trust and credibility
• Experience owning and delivering against targets with full accountability

• Highly organised and disciplined about pipeline management you track every conversation, every follow-up, and every outcome
• Someone who takes initiative and moves fast without waiting to be told what to do next
• Comfortable with regular travel across India as the programme expands nationally

Role:

This is a role for someone who thrives on building things. Butterfly Learnings is launching its campus hiring programme from scratch and we are looking for the person to own it.

As Campus Partnerships Lead, you will be the face of Butterfly Learnings on campuses across India. You will build relationships with psychology colleges, introduce students to one of the most compelling early-career opportunities in the field, and create a pipeline that feeds directly into our growing network of centres. This is a high-ownership role where your work has a direct and visible impact on the company's ability to scale.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage long-term partnerships with colleges offering psychology degrees and courses, making Butterfly Learnings the most sought-after employer for psychology graduates
• Represent BL at campus events, career fairs, and placement drives presenting our internship-to-hire model with confidence and clarity
• Formalise institutional relationships through MOUs and structured partnership agreements

• Own the end-to-end campus hiring cycle from first college outreach to a candidate's initial months at a BL centre
• Run structured internship intake processes, coordinate with the HR team, and ensure every candidate has a smooth experience from application to deployment
• Track and report on pipeline metrics leads, conversions, deployments and take ownership of hitting targets

• Deliver compelling presentations to student cohorts communicating what makes a career at BL exceptional: real clinical experience, QABA certification, and a growth path from BT to Director in 34 years
• Partner with the marketing team to build BL's presence on campuses through content, student testimonials, and on-ground activations
• Ensure every campus interaction strengthens BL's reputation as a serious, values-driven employer
• Bring back what you learn on the ground what students care about, what colleges respond to, what is working and what needs to change and use this intelligence to sharpen BLs EVP
