Campus Ambassador Program Manager

• Design and execute the campus ambassador programme across target colleges in India
• Identify, recruit, and onboard campus ambassadors - training them on company values, products, and community standards
• Build relationships with college placement cells, TPOs, student bodies, and faculty sponsors
• Plan and coordinate campus events - tech talks, workshops, hackathons, and industry connect sessions
• Manage the campus ambassador community on HFW - facilitating engagement, resolving issues, and celebrating wins
• Lead skill development initiatives - coding challenges, design sprints, research paper workshops - tailored to each campus
• Connect students with internship and early-career placement opportunities across all Blowtrumpet products
• Track programme metrics - ambassador activity, event attendance, application conversions, and community growth
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create seamless pathways from campus to career

• Experience in campus recruitment, campus relations, or student community management
• Strong understanding of the Indian college ecosystem - IITs, NITs, IIIT, DTU, BITS, IGDTUW, and similar institutions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - you can connect with a 20-year-old student and a college dean in the same day
• Event planning and project management skills
• Genuine passion for mentoring young talent and building inclusive communities
• Familiarity with Discord, WhatsApp, and community management tools
• Willingness to travel to campuses as needed
