Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire admission process from lead generation to student enrollment.
• Conduct counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their academic goals and career aspirations.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive student engagement.
• Collaborate with faculty members to design curriculum development, assessment methods, and evaluation criteria.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in education industry as an Admission Manager or Campus Manager.
• Strong understanding of educational systems, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for effective admission counselling and relationship-building with students.
