Campaign Manager

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Execution & Management

• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly campaigns through Netcore or equivalent platforms.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns including SMS, WhatsApp, Email, App Push, RCS, and IVR.
• Set up campaign calendars journeys, automation workflows, and trigger-based communications.
• Ensure accurate audience mapping, creative linking, and CTA tracking.

2. Segmentation & Targeting

• Work with analytics and business teams to identify the right audience cohorts.
• Upload and validate base files, ensure deduplication, and correct tagging of leads/customers.
• Apply personalization variables, offer codes, and dynamic content logic as required.

3. Quality Control & Testing

• Conduct pre-send testing across all devices and channels.
• Validate campaign links, UTM parameters, message formatting, and delivery configurations.
• Maintain campaign QA checklist before final execution.

4. Performance Reporting & Optimization

• Track campaign delivery, CTR, conversions, and drop-offs.
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and highlight improvement areas.
• Support A/B testing initiatives for creatives, subject lines, and timings.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 3-7 years in digital campaign execution / CRM marketing
• Tools Exposure: Netcore, WebEngage, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools
• Technical Know-how:
• Understanding of campaign automation, audience filters, and journey builders
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets, UTM tagging, and basic Excel formulas
• Familiarity with APIs, webhook integration, and DLT templates (preferred)
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, data orientation, time management, and collaboration
