Role Summary:
TCS R&I Marketing is hiring a Campaign Manager to lead video content strategy, brand communications, and integrated marketing campaigns. The role involves developing compelling video-led storytelling, managing production agencies, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop video content strategies and campaign roadmaps
• Create compelling narratives, messaging frameworks, and storyboards
• Manage end-to-end video campaigns across digital channels
• Coordinate with business leaders, SMEs, marketing teams, and agencies
• Review scripts, creative assets, and final video outputs
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and optimization opportunities
• Ensure brand governance and communication consistency
