About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Program CNC machines using Master Cam software to produce high-quality parts.
- Collaborate with engineers to design and develop new products, ensuring efficient production processes.
- Troubleshoot issues on the shop floor, identifying solutions to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including part specifications, quality control checks, and maintenance schedules.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in CNC programming (Master Cam) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of VMC programming principles and practices.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and translate them into machine code.
- Experience working in an industrial setting with knowledge of manufacturing processes.
