Job Description CAM Programmer (3 Axis / 5 Axis Milling)
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
Experience: 4+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize 3-axis and 5-axis milling CAM programs.
• Create machining strategies to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
• Manage and maintain tool libraries.
• Configure and troubleshoot post processors.
• Select suitable cutting tools and machining parameters.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing.
• Support machining trials, process improvements, and production activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in 3-axis and 5-axis Milling CAM Programming.
• Knowledge of Tool Library Management.
• Experience with Post Processors.
• Good understanding of Cutting Tools and machining processes.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following CAM software:
• SolidCAM (Preferred)
• MasterCAM
• DelCAM
• NX CAM (or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams.
