Position Responsibilities

Support Global machining programs to Deliver Gears Manufacturing Engineering activities.

• Creation of Process Sheet Drawings for various Gears
  
• In depth knowledge about CNC/VMC/HMC line, welding line,
  
• Knowledge of Heat treatment Process
  
• Gear Machining and Tooling Knowledge
  
• Should be able to handle the project individually.
  
• Interaction with internal counterparts regularly.

Professional Exposure

• Minimum 4 years experience in CAD/CAM for Gears.
  
• Sound knowledge & understanding on Blueprints, GD&Ts, Process Sheets, Tool Drawings.
  
• Hands on experience Cutting Tool design & CNC Programing.
  
• Hands on Experience of 3D / 2D Modeling
  
• Should have good communication skill
