Calypso Back Office Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Calypso Back Office Business Analyst to join our team at Luxoft India LLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and experience working with Calypso systems.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions using Calypso systems.


• Analyze data and identify trends to improve business processes and operations.


• Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures.


• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.


• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of projects.


• Identify and mitigate risks associated with new system implementations.

• Strong knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies.


• Experience working with Calypso systems and back office operations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an asset.
