Calypso Back Office BA

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Calypso Back Office domain knowledge and hands-on exposure to the Collateral module. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support solution delivery for Calypso-based back-office and collateral management functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Calypso Back Office and Collateral processes.
• Liaise with operations, risk, and technology teams to understand settlement, confirmation, and margining workflows.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user stories for development teams.
• Support UAT, defect triaging, and end-to-end testing of Calypso solutions.
• Analyze collateral management processes — margin calls, CSAs, collateral valuation, and dispute resolution.
• Support regulatory and reporting requirements related to collateral and back-office operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on release management and production issue resolution.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a BA in Capital Markets, with strong Calypso Back Office exposure.
• Solid understanding of the Collateral module (margining, CSAs, collateral movements).
• Good knowledge of trade lifecycle and post-trade processing across asset classes.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to SWIFT messaging or regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
