Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Stipend: ₹5,000 Fixed + incentives

About the Role

We are looking for 15 Calling Executives to join our in-office team. The role involves making calls to customers/prospects and communicating with them primarily in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls as per the assigned list.

Communicate with customers/prospects in Hindi.

Provide the required information clearly and politely.

Maintain accurate calling records and update the assigned tracker.

Complete the assigned calling targets within the given timelines.

Follow up with customers wherever required.

Report call-related issues or concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements

Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory.

English communication is not required for this role.

Must have your own Android smartphone with Dual SIM functionality.

The company will provide data/recharge for calling purposes.

Good listening and communication skills.

Comfortable making multiple calls during the shift.

Basic smartphone handling and willingness to learn.

Candidates who can work from the office and commit to the 2:00 PM–8:00 PM shift are preferred.
