Role Description The Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the caller engages with prospective and existing customers over the phone to explain loan and credit card products, understand their requirements, and guide them through the application process. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, providing accurate information on loan eligibility and documentation, and updating customer details in internal systems. The caller collaborates with sales and operations teams to ensure timely follow-up, appointment scheduling, and smooth handover of qualified leads. The role also involves meeting call targets, maintaining professional communication standards, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and customer service orientation.
• Basic sales and telecalling abilities, such as lead generation, persuasive pitching, and follow-up management.
• Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and telecalling systems; ability to maintain accurate records and handle data responsibly.
• Understanding of loan and credit card products or willingness to learn about retail and SME finance offerings.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes professionally.
• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
• Prior experience in call center, telecalling, or financial services customer support is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
