Job Summary

As a Call Officer at Alankit, you will handle calls from elderly individuals seeking various types of assistance. Your responsibilities will include answering and filtering calls, providing the necessary information, following up on missed calls, and ensuring that every interaction is conducted with professionalism and empathy.

Role & responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally and helpfully, ensuring callers needs are met.
• Document call details accurately and update the CRM system.
• Proactively call back missed calls and gather feedback from callers.
• Complete case studies on monthly interactions and submit them on time.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Strictly adhere to shift timings, starting each shift by logging into all necessary applications.
• Follow all data security protocols personal devices allowed on the call floor.
• Communicate regularly with Team Leaders and respond to feedback constructively.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
