Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services, collect information, or follow up on inquiries. 
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions. Record details of calls, customer information, and feedback accurately in the system. 
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate resolutions
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide resolution to customer
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and quality benchmarks. 
• Escalate complex queries to the supervisor when required. 
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to company policies.

Known Languages: Bengali, Tamil, Kanada, Malayalam, Telugu
