About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list to sell healthcare packages and services.
- Conduct needs analysis and provide personalized healthcare solutions based on customers requirements.
- Educate potential clients about various healthcare services, including insurance plans, medical check-ups, wellness packages, and other offerings.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Handle customer objections, answer inquiries, and resolve issues related to the healthcare packages.
- Update customer information in the CRM system and ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers who have shown interest in healthcare services.
- Provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and pricing of healthcare products.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to optimize sales efforts and meet goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare industry and the services offered.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and communication skills through training and feedback.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in outbound tele sales or telesales
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain healthcare services clearly and confidently.
Experience : 1- 2 Years
Timings: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM
