Call Center Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls.
• Make outbound follow-up calls.
• Provide information on Cloudnine services and healthcare offerings
• Explain maternity/birthing packages.• Book appointments across specialties.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints within SLA.
• Accurately update CRM after every interaction

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills,
• customer handling,
• basic computer knowledge, MS Office
• CRM/Call Centre applications
• appointment booking, complaint handling, multitasking.
