Call Center Executive International Operations

Job Description

Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is expanding its international call center operations and is looking for confident, motivated and fluent English-speaking Call Center Executives to join our team in India.

The successful candidates will work from home and communicate with businesses and organizations in foreign countries. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, follow-ups, appointment scheduling and professional communication with potential customers and donors.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to businesses and organizations in foreign countries.
• Communicate professionally with potential customers and donors.
• Introduce ERA and explain our electronic recycling services.
• Generate and qualify potential leads.
• Follow up with leads and previous contacts.
• Schedule appointments and electronic equipment pickups.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.
• Update information in company systems/CRM.
• Handle conversations professionally and confidently.
• Meet individual and team call and performance targets.
• Represent ERA professionally during all communications.

FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKING IS A MUST

Candidates should have:

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Clear pronunciation and a professional telephone manner.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence when speaking with international customers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to learn new software and systems.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Reliable internet connection.
• A suitable and quiet work-from-home environment.
• Willingness to work evening shifts.

Previous experience in call centers, telemarketing, customer service, sales or international calling is an advantage.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule

Evening Shifts

The working hours will be aligned with the operating hours of our international clients.

Training

Selected candidates will receive 2 months of paid training.

Training will cover:

• Electronic recycling and ERA services
• International customer communication
• Call handling techniques
• Lead generation and qualification
• Appointment scheduling
• Company systems and procedures
• Professional telephone communication

Candidates who successfully complete the training and meet the required performance standards will be considered for a permanent position.
