Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs

Job Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International E-commerce Voice Process. You will assist global customers with queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
• Verify customer and order details accurately.
• Create and update customer tickets in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams when required.
• Maintain high standards of CSAT, Quality, AHT, and Productivity.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate / Graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in E-commerce or Customer Support is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
