    Work Schedule Benefits:

    Role Summary:
    Entry-level outbound sales role responsible for engaging Canada-based customers, promoting telecom products/services, and driving revenue through consultative selling.
    Key Responsibilities:

  9. Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
  10. Promote telecom products (plans, upgrades, bundles, retention offers)
  11. Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
  12. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  13. Handle objections and rejections professionally
  14. Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, conversions, follow-ups)
  15. Ensure compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards
  16. Deliver strong customer experience while maximizing revenue

    Required Skills:

  17. Strong communication with neutral/clear English accent
  18. Sales mindset with persuasive ability
  19. Active listening and customer empathy
  20. Resilience and ability to handle rejection
  21. Basic system/CRM handling

    Eligibility:

  22. Graduate (flexible based on communication skills)
  23. 1-2 years of experience (BPO/sales preferred)
