CAKE Decorator / CAKE Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate different types of cakes, cupcakes, and desserts.
• Create birthday, wedding, anniversary, celebration, themed, and customized cakes.
• Decorate cakes using fondant, buttercream, whipped cream, ganache, chocolate, royal icing, and sugar craft.
• Perform piping, writing, borders, flowers, and other decorative techniques.
• Prepare 2D and 3D cakes, including basic carving and sculpting.
• Create fondant figures, flowers, characters, and other edible decorations.
• Work with different cake flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, carrot, sponge, chiffon, and customized flavors.
• Ensure excellent quality, taste, finishing, and presentation.
• Follow customer designs and special requirements accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Complete cake orders according to the required schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Indian nationality
• 2235 years old only
• 2–3 years of professional cake decorating experience
• Experience in a bakery, pastry shop, hotel, catering company, or similar establishment.
• Strong skills in fondant, buttercream, piping, chocolate, and sugar decoration.
• Experience making customized, themed, wedding, and celebration cakes.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D cake decoration is an advantage.
• Creative, artistic, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in Saudi Arabia for a 2-year contract.
• Cake decorating portfolio/photos are highly preferred.
