Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage orders from Swiggy-Zomato, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare food items according to recipes, maintaining quality standards.
• Dispatch orders efficiently, adhering to packaging guidelines.
• Handle caf management tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Monitor order tracking on the dashboard for seamless fulfillment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in food preparation, dispensing, or related fields (cafeteria management).
• B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in using technology platforms like Swiggy-Zomato for ordering and dispatch processes.
• Strong understanding of cafe operations including food packing, preparation, and presentation.
