Cafe Manager

We are looking for a skilled Cafe Manager with 5-6 years of experience to lead our team in Neemuch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cafe management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily cafe operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean environment.
• Analyze sales reports and implement changes to improve profitability.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience in cafe management with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of cafe management principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or a related hospitality qualification.
