Cafe and Operation manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the restaurant and caf.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the hospitality and service team.
• Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.
• Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Prepare and manage staff duties and shift schedules.

Preferred candidate profile

• 37+ years of relevant restaurant, caf, hotel, or hospitality experience
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Professional personality and grooming.
• Strong understanding of restaurant and caf operations.
• Excellent customer-service orientation.
• Ability to handle pressure and make sound decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
• High level of ownership, discipline, and accountability.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays according to business requirements.
